Koola-Nut Cattery kittens will not be sold to any buyer who intends to allow the kitten to roam free outdoors, they are born and bred to be kept indoors for their lifetimes.

Our kittens come de-wormed, and they are also given their first and second shots, we vaccinate kittens at 8 weeks of age. We will provide you with a health record of the dates and type of vaccines given.

All kittens are Spay/Neutered prior to sale. We also have a Spay/Neutered contrat for those who want a kitten at 8 weeks. Koola-Nut Cattery will bill buyer for breeding rights ($600.00) if kitten is NOT Spay/Neutered by 6 months of age. Koola-Nut Cattery will hold registration papers until proof of spaying/neutering has been received from a licensed, reputable veterinarian.

Health Guarantee: The kitten is guaranteed to be of sound health upon delivery for a period of 7 days, IF VET CHECKED within that time and found sick and untreatable or a life threatening problem, it MUST be reported to the SELLER IMMEDIATELY. A new kitten will be made available to the buyer after all tests are sent to breeder’s Vet and diagnosis is verified. The kitten is guaranteed against congenital defects for one year. Should the cat die within that time, as a result of a congenital defect, the kitten will be replaced with a new kitten ONLY if an appropriate autopsy is performed by a licensed veterinarian and provided to breeder as proof of the cause of death. NO REFUNDS.

This agreement is leaglly binding between Buyer and Seller. It is mutually understood that failure to comply with this agreement could result in forfiture of the kitten. The Buyer shall be liable for any court costs, including attorney’s fees and related charges related to the enforcement of this agreement.
